A former Council lawmaker, Chief Mrs Alaba Adewumi, popularly known as Alabama, sympathized with Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka, the Chairman of Ogun Guandong Free Trade Zone, OGFTZ, over his mom’s death.

Alhaja Adewumi prayed Almighty Allah to continue guiding and protecting the bereaved; Prince Gboyega Isiaka, Alhaji Wasiu Isiaka, Alhaji Kunle Isiaka, Alhaji Lawal Isiaka, and the entire family as she pleaded God to grant the loving mother a peaceful rest in Jannah Firdaus.

I hereby seek Divine guidance and protection for my boss, Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka, Alhaji Wasiu Isiaka, Kunle Isiaka, Alhaji Lawal Isiaka, as well as the entire Isiaka family.

“May God, in lieu of this monumental loss, please grant Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka his lofty desires”, the seasoned politician pleaded.

Describing the deceased, Alabama said, “Mama was a mother any successful individual wouldn’t like to miss.

“Besides the fact that she trained her children thoroughly such that person like GNI could become the toast of a whole nation, I can testified that she loved caring for children of fellow mothers.

“She was known for showing deep affection to all her son’s followers. We’ll missed her”.

In a statement e-signed by the family spokesperson, Alhaji Lawal Isiaka, the Iya Adini of Imekoland returned to her maker on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the First Cardiologist Consultant Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos, after a brief illness.

“Throughout her lifetime, she embodied kindness, resilience and devotion to Almighty Allah.

“She is survived by children, grandchildren and great grand-children”.

The statement further stated that the remains of the Matriarch will be laid to rest “according to Islamic rites by 10am, Tuesday 24th August, 2021 at Imeko, Ogun State”.
