May God please console GNI, siblings – Chief Ayilara mourns

The Chairman, Local Government Pensioners Association of Nigeria, Ogun State branch, Chief Sikiru Ayilara, has commiserated with a former governorship candidate, Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka over the death of his mom.

Chief Ayilara who also is an elder statesman from Imeko noted that the late Matriarch, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat Agbeke Isiaka, who passed on at the age of 80, was a caring mother in all sense of responsibility.

GNI’s mother, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat Agbeke Isiaka was a woman whom I can confidently describe as a caring mother, a true Abiamọ of an era.

“May God please comfort GNI, his siblings and family, as well grant Mama Aljanah Firdaus”, the Ketu High Chief prayed.

In a statement e-signed by the family spokesperson, Alhaji Lawal Isiaka, the Iya Adini of Imekoland returned to her maker on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the First Cardiologist Consultant Hospital, Ikoyi, Lagos, after a brief illness.

“Throughout her lifetime, she embodied kindness, resilience and devotion to Almighty Allah.

“She is survived by children, grandchildren and great grand-children”.

The statement further stated that the remains of the Matriarch will be laid to rest “according to Islamic rites by 10am, Tuesday 24th August, 2021 at Imeko, Ogun State”.
